Wilfried Röttgers
Managing Director and Shareholder
Wilfried Röttgers is founder of mitcaps GmbH and has 27 years of management experience in executive and board positions in the IT and especially telecommunications industry. His professional career includes various management positions with international telecommunications companies.
In November 2006, Wilfried Röttgers left his position as Vice President Continental Europe for Global Crossing in Amsterdam to put all his energy and know-how into his VNO idea.
In addition to his work for mitcaps, he is a member of several supervisory and advisory boards. Wilfried Röttgers is also a co-founder of the Business Angels in Frankfurt am Main and the IT Club in Mainz.
Michaela Pfeifer
Authorized signatory, Head of Finance, Human Resources (HR) and Project Management
Michaela Pfeifer brings with her many years of experience in various management functions.
From hour 0, the business graduate has accompanied the company on its path to success. In her international career, she has held senior positions in IT project management and consulting. For mitcaps, the multi-talent is responsible for the areas of finance, HR and project management as an authorized signatory.
She finds her balance in tennis.
Ingo Kemper
Head of Network Engineering and Operations
Ingo Kemper has more than two decades of experience in the design, implementation and operation of complex network infrastructures.
Since 2010 he strengthens mitcaps as Head of Network Engineering & Operations and is responsible for the technical development and operation of our premium customer solutions.

This year’s Deutschlandstipendium, funded by mitcaps, will be awarded to the Department of Applied Computer Science.
