Our Network Operation Centre is responsible for the smooth operation and monitoring of your telecommunications network: 24/7 - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here we proactively monitor and manage any network failures or faults.
Via the support portal you can contact our Network Operation Centre quickly, easily and securely and send us technical problems or enquiries. After logging in, you have the possibility to view your network status or, if required, to have a quick incident and change management service at your disposal. You will receive login data from us by telephone or by e-mail.
