As we are an ICT service company and aim to provide the best possible service for our customers, we do not focus on the product or the technical solution alone, but also on the employees who define our solution and service expertise and provide it on a daily basis.
We place great emphasis on their individual development - from onboarding to the next step in their career. In addition to general training and internal training measures, our seniors and management team will provide you with intensive support in on-the-job training. Development potential is identified in regular feedback meetings and seminars and training opportunities are identified together with HR. These take place externally or are conducted in-house by external trainers and coaches.
For the professional development and certification of our engineers, we provide extensive video training and virtual classrooms via an online platform in addition to a Cisco Lab environment.
Since German and English are part of our daily business, we also offer individual learning opportunities to improve the required language skills.
Continuing education remains unused if the newly learned knowledge is not applied. We make sure that you use and practice your newly learned or refreshed skills, be it in regular presentations, feedback sessions, negotiations or your daily time management.
