mitcaps is one of the leading VNO's (Virtual Network Operator) in Germany and a virtual operator of telecommunication networks. Our main task is to connect the infrastructure and technology of local and global providers into a hybrid wide area network (WAN) for our customers.
Inventory | requirement analysis
Together with you, we assess and analyze your existing infrastructure, your very specific performance requirements and the tools we need to meet those requirements.
Design | Solution | Benchmarking
In the second step, we work with you to develop a customized telecommunications solution that meets all your needs and requirements. We coordinate the tendering process on the market and select the strategically optimal providers together with you.
Implementation / Project Management
In this step we already start with the implementation of your individual and custom-fit solution. Our project management team is in constant contact with all key suppliers, such as network operators, service providers, hardware and software companies, monitors the integration and the schedule and keeps you up-to-date.
Monitoring / Management of the SLAs
Following implementation, you will have an SLA-based and controlled VPN at your disposal. We proactively monitor the network for you, ensure compliance with the SLAs and record availability and performance in our live systems. You automatically receive security updates for your hardware and we inventory and document all changes during the runtime.
Operation / Further development / Support
At regular intervals, we review the status quo of your solution with you and, if necessary, optimize it in terms of technology and costs. We are there for you by telephone and, if necessary, in person for any questions about the application or in the event of a malfunction.
Contract / Full Service Management
Throughout our cooperation, we are your central contractual partner for all contracts, lines, invoices, trouble tickets and services. We ensure that the service runs smoothly and securely. All worldwide contracts are managed in our own data centre in Mainz. Our end-to-end network management is easy on your internal resources and your budget.
