The Network Operation Center is responsible for the 24x7 smooth operating and monitoring of the customers' networks. The service also includes proactive monitoring and network outfalls or disturbances management.

Support portal

Our support portal offers our customers a safe and easy way to transmit technical problems or requests to the Network Operation Center. After login, customers gain access to a portal that allows them to audit their network status. Customers can also open tickets for incidents and change requests. The customers can ask for their support portal access information as well by phone as per email.

Technology is particularly important for us, even though we don't forget human relations. If you contact us you won't ever be connected with an anonymous answering machine, instead of that you will get personal support. Questions, problems or login information for the customer support portal can be asked by phone or per email.
