Location Mainz

This is what you can expect with us:

• You will monitor our internal networks and applications as well as our customer networks with the help of our management and monitoring systems.
• You will be actively involved in 1st level support and troubleshooting in our Network Operation Centre.
• In ongoing customer projects, e.g. VPN installation, VoIP migration or similar, you will contribute your individual know-how and learn from our experienced network engineers.

Your qualifications:

• Advanced studies in the field of computer science or communications engineering with ideally first practical experience
• Knowledge of CISCO-based (or comparable manufacturers') networks, Linux, mySQL, Windows Server and Desktop are among your strengths.
• Experience with networks (TCP/IP) desirable
• Analytical and structured way of thinking as well as reliability and team player mentality
• Business fluent German and very good English skills
