Location: Mainz

This is what you can expect with us:

  • You will be responsible for the disciplinary, organizational and, in cooperation with the technical management, technical leadership of our Network Operations Center (NOC) and engineering team.
  • You will ensure excellent team performance and keep an eye on the distribution of tasks and their status.
  • You are dedicated to team building and promote team spirit and a sense of unity based on mutual support.
  • You will work closely with the HR department on aspects of recruiting, employee development and onboarding new employees.
  • You will optimize our customer service by controlling and improving internal processes and escalation management, in particular by incorporating customer feedback.
  • You will ensure and manage professional communication with customers, carriers and suppliers - always with a focus on high quality and service orientation.

Your qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in the IT and customer service environment
  • Sound knowledge of infrastructures and network technologies as well as project management
  • Vocational training or a degree in a technical (IT) or business-related field
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills as well as process and quality optimization skills
  • Good understanding of operational processes in medium-sized companies and willingness to act as an interface to various departments and experts
  • German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills
  • An appreciative and motivating interaction with colleagues as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working combined with a high degree of commitment and assertiveness second nature to you.
