Location Mainz

This is what you can expect with us:

  • You will record and prioritise customer enquiries and faults in our ticket system (1st level support).
  • You coordinate and distribute the tickets within the team and keep track of the processing.
  • You initiate and manage necessary escalations within the framework of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and follow these up with determination.
  • You communicate with German and international customers, partners and carriers via e-mail and telephone.
  • You ambitiously support the engineering team in projects and problem analyses.
  • You actively contribute your ideas and support the implementation of optimization measures (tools, procedures and processes).
  • You document and update existing documentation independently.
  • After your successful onboarding, you will actively work in the rolling on-call system.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical IT training or studies or comparable experience
  • Experience with ticket and monitoring systems
  • Cisco know-how in routing, switching, troubleshooting, VPN, MPLS and IPSec is an advantage
  • Communication and coordination skills as well as team player mentality
  • German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills
