What you can expect:

• You are the first contact for IT inquiries - personal, friendly, solution-oriented (1st level support).
• You document & prioritize tickets in the system and ensure a smooth process in the team.
• You recognize critical cases and initiate escalations within the framework of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and remain persistent.
• You communicate with customers & partners - in German and English, by phone and e-mail.
• You support the engineering team with projects & technical analyses.
• You contribute your ideas and help to improve tools, processes & workflows.
• You maintain and create documentation so that knowledge is not lost.
• After onboarding, you will take over on-call duties in the rotating team - with extra remuneration, of course.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training or studies - also welcome as a career changer
• Technical affinity & willingness to learn - you don't have to be a professional (yet), but should enjoy IT topics.
• Willingness to learn - basic Cisco knowledge is helpful, but not a must
• You are communicative, can organize yourself well and enjoy working in a team.
• German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills
