Location Mainz

This is what you can expect with us:

• You will support all internal applications as well as user systems, in particular monitoring and ticket systems, databases, ERP, etc.
• You will support our users, i.e. employees, both remotely (via Webex) and on-site and our client systems, especially Windows notebooks, iPhones and Cisco VoIP telephony
• You will provide ambitious support in the Network Operation Center to support our client systems.
• You will handle trouble tickets, initiate initial analysis and perform standardized resolution actions.
• You document the support procedures, the solutions in the internal knowledge base.
• You perform specialist tasks and small projects, such as installations in our data centers.
• You support the team in onboarding and training new colleagues.
• After successful onboarding, you will actively participate in the rolling on-call system.

Your qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of server admin in the area of Linux/Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, WAN network infrastructure and practical knowledge of common software and hardware.
• German language skills at native level and good English skills.
• Distinct independent and structured way of working are among your strengths
• Team player mentality and high result orientation
• Enjoy solving technically challenging problems
